Step into a sacred pause with this restorative virtual session designed to realign your energy and release what no longer serves you. Through a blend of guided journaling and immersive sound healing, you’ll be gently supported in clearing emotional blocks and reconnecting with your inner calm.

Each session begins with intentional breathwork and reflective journaling prompts to help you identify what’s ready to be released. From there, you’ll be guided into a deep sound journey using crystal bowls, chimes, and ambient frequencies that soothe the nervous system and promote energetic balance.

Perfect for anyone feeling mentally cluttered, emotionally heavy, or spiritually stuck. Leave the session feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned with your truth.

• Group Sound Bowl Session (45 Minutes)

  A group reset to realign, release, and reconnect—perfect for friends, healing circles, or team wellness events.

  Includes:

  • Group intention setting + light breathwork
  • Chakra-aligned or themed sound healing (e.g., heart opening, grounding, renewal)
  • Collective journaling prompt for post-session reflection

  Group Booking Policies

  Group Size & Booking:

  • Minimum: 3 people
  • Maximum: 15 people (for a more intimate, intentional energy container)
  • A designated point person will book the session and provide names/emails of all attendees. 

  Payment:

  • Full payment due at time of booking. You may pay as one group or individually via a private link.
  • No refunds once booked, but one-time rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice.
