Healing Girl Winter Solstice Experience

Gratitude & Grace: A Winter Solstice Gathering

Honor what was. Appreciate what is. Make space for what’s next.

As the year comes to a close, give yourself permission to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Join us for Gratitude & Grace, an intentional Winter Solstice gathering designed to help you celebrate your growth, embrace gratitude, and welcome a new season with a lighter heart.

Through gratitude jar creation and a restorative sound healing experience, you’ll have space to reflect on the lessons, blessings, and moments that shaped your year while creating a meaningful reminder of the goodness you want to carry forward.

Whether this year brought you joy, challenges, unexpected changes, or personal breakthroughs, there is room for you here. This is your invitation to slow down, pour into yourself, and honor the woman you are becoming.

Your experience includes:

• Gratitude Jar Creation: Create your own personalized jar filled with reminders of gratitude, growth, and intention to revisit throughout the coming year.
• Sound Healing: Relax, release, and reconnect through a soothing sound journey designed to encourage rest and reflection.
•  In closing you’ll have the opportunity to write out what you want to release and leave in 2026
